Global Equity Capital disclaims, without limitation, all liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including any direct, indirect or consequential damages, which might be incurred through the use of or access to the GEC Website, or any links to third-party websites. Furthermore, Global Equity Capital disclaims all liability for any tampering with the Internet user's computer system by unauthorized parties. In this regard, Global Equity Capital expressly reminds you of the risk of viruses, and the possibility of targeted attacks by hackers. In order to combat viruses, it is recommended that the most recent browser versions be used, and that anti-virus software be installed and continually updated. As a rule, the opening of any e-mail from an unknown source as well as any unexpected attachment to an e-mail message should be avoided.

You may, through hypertext or other computer links, gain access to third party sites on the World Wide Web which are not related to or maintained by Global Equity Capital and our completely beyond its control. All rights in any trademarks and service marks are reserved by the owners thereof. No relationship between The Gores Group, LLC and Global Equity Capital, LLC is implied by the use of such terms.
Privacy
We recognize that you have an interest in how we collect, retain and use information about you. We collect certain information about you through the use of "cookies", which are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. We collect, retain and use information about you solely for the purpose of better understanding our users and their use of the GEC Website. We also collect information through the forms you complete when you elect to subscribe to e-mail newsletters. We consider your data to be private and confidential, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of confidentiality in their safekeeping and use. Business Plans and Proposals
We do not accept business plans and proposals through our GEC Website. If you choose to submit materials to us in such a fashion, or by email to any Global Equity Capital personnel, you acknowledge that such a submission is not confidential and agree to hold us harmless from any claim that the materials submitted were subject to any person’s proprietary or other rights. We may accept or reject such a submission in our sole discretion and use it for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you.
Resumes
We do not accept resumes or similar applications for employment through our GEC Website. If you choose to submit materials to us in such a fashion, or be email to any Global Equity Capital personnel, you agree that such a submission is not confidential and agree to hold us harmless from any action or inaction that Global Equity Capital may take upon receipt of such submission. Global Equity Capital reserves the right to respond or not respond to submissions in its sole and absolute discretion.

Operation of the GEC Website
Global Equity Capital will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep the GEC Website available for access on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis, subject to scheduled downtime for maintenance purposes, unscheduled maintenance and systems outages. There are no assurances, however, that access will be available at all times and uninterrupted. Further, Global Equity Capital does not warrant that the operation of the GEC Website will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the GEC Website or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.
GEC Website Security

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If you take
legal action relating to these terms, you agree to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in the State of Colorado, County of Boulder. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the
validity and enforceability of remaining provisions. These terms and conditions are the entire agreement of you and Global Equity Capital related to the terms of use of this GEC Website or the content hereof, and supersede any other written agreement posted or accessed by you previously.
Amendments and Modifications
Global Equity Capital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, information, and/or content of the GEC Website at any time without prior notice.
