Mr. Byrne leads all Human Resources activities for Global Equity Capital, LLC. He is responsible for due diligence and assimilation on new investment opportunities along with portfolios oversight. Mr. Byrne has provided HR expertise to a number of companies to include Anker, Aprisma, Avure, Daou, Diagnostic Health, Enterasys Networks, Global Tel Link, Intelliverse, Proxicom, Real Software and several others. Mr. Byrne was hired by Gores in January 2001 as Vice President/HR for the Learning Company. When the Learning Company sold in 2002 he joined Gores overseeing all assimilation activities for the portfolio companies. Mr. Byrne has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Mr. Byrne started his HR career in banking in Northern California later joining Broderbund software. Prior to joining Gores Mr. Byrne was with a start up company for NBC.

Mr. Byrne received a BA from San Francisco State University.
