Mr. McBride’s responsibilities include tax due diligence and structuring on potential acquisitions, combined with compliance, planning, financial management and reporting for the portfolio companies.  Prior to joining Global Equity Capital, LLC in 2010, he gained extensive public experience at Ehrhardt, Keefe, Steiner, and Hottman, P.C., and KPMG, LLP, on a diverse array of clients and projects, including assisting US and international corporations in tax planning, structuring, and compliance issues.

Mr. McBride earned a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.
